An Absolute Path Traversal vulnerability in the Administration zone, in /netflow/servlet/CReportPDFServlet (via the parameter schFilePath), allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended SecurityManager restrictions and list a parent directory via any file name, such as a schFilePath=C:\boot.ini value.
