Evil-DB is a threat intelligence platform that provides access to aggregated security threat data, including malicious IP addresses, domains, file hashes, and related indicators of compromise (IOCs).

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Conduct or facilitate illegal activities
• Attack, harass, or harm individuals or organizations
• Redistribute our data commercially without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Submit false or misleading threat reports
• Automate access beyond your plan's API limits

5. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of API access.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate threat intelligence, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Threat data is aggregated from multiple sources and may contain:

• False positives (legitimate entities incorrectly flagged)
• Outdated information (threats that are no longer active)
• Incomplete data (missing context or attribution)

You are responsible for validating threat data before taking action based on it. We are not liable for damages resulting from actions taken based on our data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Evil-DB and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Threat data accessed through the Service may be used for your internal security purposes. Redistribution or resale of our data requires a separate commercial license.

8. User Contributions

When you submit threat reports or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Is fraudulent or illegal

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVIL-DB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Actions taken based on threat data provided
• Any third-party content or conduct

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
